This will be dangerous. In such a deal, China is going to guarantee the safety of North Korea. In case of any unilateral missile attacks from the US warships, China will be forced to respond, by targeting the American bases in South Korea and Japan.

It seems to me that the hours of ultimatum to Kim Jong-UN is already running. China does not want the neighborhood to such an inadequate regime. The Chinese have the opportunity to eliminate the threat by proxy. Perhaps the war is already inevitable.
