This way of doing things was not so bad..for more trusted it was enough to link the eth address and the ip to the bitcointalk account

This was what had been do to begin it seem me..but admin have delete thread.

this is a good ideal,but with ip limit，the dev realize more easy and efficent i think. and the ip change is diffuclt.
