He is saying about current crypto Bubble that happened in 2017. Monero went from stable $12 to stable $20 and is holding there no matter what. I dont think stability mattes that much at this point specially for other coins that are 100% speculative. It does count tiny bit for Monero for those that use it.

Defiantly an upside. I used to hate the high transaction fees for Monero, but right now they seem better that Bitcoins transaction fees. Then again, I do consider Bitcoins fees to be way to high.

Bitcoins lowest fees are 4 times higher then Moneros and you can in some cases wait for days that transaction happen at all. To have it happen as fast as possible you will most likely pay x10 or x20
