I have both msi and gigabyte 470s and they all hash the same , i don't think msi and sapphire will differ , and 23 is really bad even if msi and sapphire will perform better their hashrate will be low compared to a bios moded 470

not exactly, MSI Rx 470 4gb 21mh/s, sapphire Nitro+ RX470 22 MH/s, sapphire nitro+ 8gb RX 470 24-24.5 MH/s.
Numbers are before overclocking and bios updates.
In any case, this is good for used RX 470 (price will be stable) aka sellers market.
