It has nothing to do with you been a newbie! Yes creating one is the easy part but staying with the project for a long time isn't and ensuring you maintain it is the hard part... which is the cause of many failed alts .

I think he was referring to being a newbie in terms of cryptocurrencies. If he was then it would matter that he has little to no experience with cryptocurrencies; however if he was referring to the fact hes a newbie on the forum than yes, that doesnt matter.
