We divided our trading account to Poloniex and Bitfinex with 2 traders on board focusing on altcoin trading. In additional, we increased overall trading weight by shifting funds from low income investment centers like dice to high income investment center like trading. These updates lead us to achieve more in trading which impact overall performance.

I would prefer if you kept more in the dice section... Keeps it more diversified. Already over half the fund is trading which, despite the better returns, is also a lot riskier.
