What is the ICO price, I see this coin a lot of advantages but why the price is still low?

I think it's due to the lack of volume and a lot of manipulation to keep the price low.
If I was a whale, I would keep the price low to buy at premium before the volume is to high.
With a 30k ICO, the market is slower but heavy.

I made that prediction few days ago, it seem working atm, but not sure we are going to break 48-49k yet:

Scenario B:
phase 3 push to 54k then back to 48k

In case of a bearish scenario, the buy zone should be between 27k & 30k

I think we are going to swing between 49-40k (wave B phase 4 ?) during few days before a breakout (wave B phase 5).
Or maybe the phase 3 isn't over and we are going to 54k.
I'm pretty much bullish in all cases.
