I am kind of confused since some are saying they got payment but I for one have not seen anything sent since last pay period of April 18th.

Maybe you cannot see it because the transaction has not confirmed yet but the transaction is there waiting for confirmation of the miners, it is a shame the campaign ended but ti was a really good campaign.
