Hi, I posted last night and haven't gotten a response. I've been waiting over 36 hours. I submitted a ticket through the support page on the website. Here is my order info:

I submitted a ticket to bitinstant.com/contact and never heard anything. Thanks for your response, though. I'll sit tight and hope for a quick resolution.

Did you not receive an automated response which states that your issue has entered our support queue and is being worked on by our support team?  Check your spam folder.
