It's not against forum rules to use a purchased account. If the account has been dead for 2 years it's hard to prove a case that that the account has been hacked.

What proof do you have? False accusations aren't taken lightly here.

I'm only defending the accusation process and use of trust ratings properly. If we allow trust ratings to be placed without facts, we ruin the trust that we all place in that rating system.
