That's correct. If $0.16 is too much for you, stick to Litecoin etc. DASH is only for rich. :-)

I think Dash can have a price $500 (in a future)

I think that the Dash Core team for a massive adoption, should take into account the detail of the fee. For example in (Venezuela)

1 Dash - 80$. - $0.160 fee

If tomorrow 1 Dash - 500$ or more - fee ¿?

I do not know how it works to increase or decrease fee in Dash vs. Bitcoin.

They are aware of that. Fee is already changed, and recent price rise got them a bit unprepared. I am sure they will work on it.
