The message clearly states that you cant play the game before you verify your email address but how could you roll that 10k number if you cant play?
Are you a new user here and you have just tried to claim your first free roll? If you are not a new user, then you have claimed the free roll many/few times before without problem? Can you show us your account stats?

Yeah here is a picture of my stats http://prntscr.com/f2aqxz One more thing and the one of admin said to me I cant do more than 25 rolls without verifying but I made 53 without verifying and when I hit 10000 the verifiy thing popsup.
