Everyone will be ashamed of what they have done in the past. I was ashamed of myself in the past as well because I used to spend a huge amount to gamble every single day, sometimes I win and ended up losing everything again. I was very stupid before and now I regret it , which is why now I only gamble for fun

exaclty i remember last time that i usually gamble a huge amount and and win the first try but in the long run i tried again to Hf amble and in the end i lose it all. I feel pained in that time and now i learn some lessons that i did before so i just gamble also for fun only.

It's still good that you were able to accept your defeat and learn from your mistakes.
The truth is we are bound to lose if we are gambling, it should be done for fun.
