there is no communication at all...

question in slack #help is not answered since 24h this is a >10m $ ICO with a serious bug in smart contract and there is literally no communication!

i think this question from slack is worth an answer:

"i read that the MVP cards are given to the 500 highest contributors
but during the ico the counter MVP claimed went up to 500/500
how do you know who did the highest contributions, if ico is not over?"

I thought the cards are issued on a first come, first served basis, no?
