Real estate is good idea however the price is so expensive, Buying by cash will take all my money but if get loan from institution or bank will be affordable

You have to look for the rural areas where the lands are at lower price and then you can do construction on that land it will work bot as making your money and the other benefit will be that it will develop the rural area in your country.
