Banning PMs (as a punishment inducement to follow policies on public posts) is totalitarianism which is antithetical to the concept of the Internet, decentralized money, etc.. It's as laughable and ignorable as mass media creating paywalls to destroy their readership. We'll simply say "no thanks" and route around the failure.
