When it comes to gambling game, I guess you don't have to plan for it if you are not that addicted gambler. Most of the addicted gamblers are planning on what time and when they are going to gamble. And I mostly know that even you will have a planned way of gambling, there are times that it won't be followed anyway.

Well scheduling is a good way to avoid getting addicted or recover from a gambling addiction. Since if you are an impulsive gambler, you will always feel the urge to gamble without even thinking about the consequences of it. So the best thing is to set schedules and play with just a small amount that will not affect your life.

What I'm pointing out is if you are an addicted gambler, you are obliged to set aside some days and allocate it to gambling. And even the day is not yet to come, you are excited for it because you have set a plan to do it. I don't find setting a schedule to gamble is recommendable but if you think that will make you better, do it.
