My original point is that one in ten-thousand numbers is a lot different than one in ten-thousand combinations, and people often don't get it.

People don't even know the method for your draw and since it's linear numbers everything here regarding it is pure speculation.. The cost for each "prize" will also quickly deplete the average balance on your site quite quickly.
