Yeah, it seems impossible to happen if your funds were transferred without any log information.
He is right, better to not deposit if you don't believe the site, but unfortunate for your lost, nothing we can do since its already gone.
However, we should aware to keep bitcoin on a site which I found sometimes really heard to cash out what we've put in.
