I don't think it's that easy considering how much a variable human beings are, the chances of playing the same game is low unless you are a robot. The program of casinos are probably the same and that's one thing you can be sure of.

He is saying that gambling is addictive that way. If a gambler experiences to win for a single moment, he is going to think that he can have the same winning again for his next try. Let's aside about those program or robot thing from casino's. Gambling is simply addictive because there is money involved and we all need money and it attract us to gamble more.
