Newbie may get scammed but the one who have already used bitmixer can easily spot difference when they look at address bar. This clone don't have SSL certificate.

Haha, why bother with SSL certificate when your purpose is to scam others? SSL is a waste of money.
This site has also misspelled name, but that never really stopped some unaware users from being baited by the scam.

Google is doing nothing to block crypto related scams, they are blind or they don't care. We had before fake blockchain.info wallet too, at least 2 times!
