You currently need internet all the time to spend bitcoin.

The only solution would be to trade in paperwallets worth each 10 mbtc , but that's .... cash

Money can be used anywhere in the world without the Internet, and bitcoin only in the presence of the Internet and then not all countries accept payment using bitcoin.
