Yes , The coins on Bittrex have been auto-swapped.
Please do NOT send the coins from Bittrex to your Legacy wallet, they will be lost in limbo.

We recently found out that if this happens (a users send from bittrex to the legacy wallet) you can still retreive them

Just export the privkey from your legacy wallet and import it into the new v2.0.0.0

So we need to change the limbo message and will include this in a FAQ on our new website with some guidethrough.

We will burn the coins through OP_RETURN, you can ask dev0tion more about this.
OP_RETURN is a script opcode used to mark a transaction output as invalid. Since any outputs with OP_RETURN are provably unspendable, OP_RETURN outputs can be used to burn coins.
