Actually, average payment processing time was like before - 12 hours. Longer than this time are processed payments more than 500 USD.
This is because of tons of new requests, bitcoins are growing very fast as you seen so many users trying to sell it asap.
We are working hard to cover all your needs, so everything should be fine. Every user getting an email from us according any delays and options to refund BTC or wait little bit, so nobody wont lose nothing on these exchanges.
