Well everything has its pros and cons so we can say that yes we can use it to buy a house but if there is a house available for sale on the Bitcoin. It depends upon the consent of the seller if he is willing to sale against the Bitcoin not only a house but we can have many things to purchase through the Bitcoin. But to be very honest I have not seen anyone yet.

Right now the acceptance of bitcoin is very limited so I don't think that anyone is accepting bitcoin as mode of payment either in real estate or even at offline shops and to buy house using bitcoins will take really long time and I don't see it happening in next few years.
