Ah, I did forget about the services tab. But perhaps it wouldn't quite fit there...and yes, this is basically a contest.

Sorry, I said details instead of rules; but you get the idea. I did look at some designers, and I was considering doing business with one; but I'm sure there are a lot of creative people here that might have a better idea or perspective.
