They were sent an explanation through our support team couple of times before posting here and even after, the issue was addressed immediately through private messages.
We all know how generous Jack is, so if the compensation was needed they would get one. Unfortunately, in this case, it is not
Compensation would only valid if there are no other parties involved but seeing on the case the provider do have the problem which means its not really sufficient to give compensation and i think its just right on what FJ decided but well there should nothing to argue about compensation as long the issue have been resolved already then lets move on.
