Why do you think only India is destroying its reputation. Do you know ICC is making around 70% of its revenue from Indian team? If India stops playing cricket then ICC will lose so much money and it is common when you know your potential then people tend to take the advantage of it. It is not only India but any country in that position then they will try to control things according to their wishes.

If the other teams stop playing India, then where will India get the revenue from? The Big 3 model tried to squeeze all the smaller nations from their share of revenue. The current model only revises it a little bit.
It is in everybody's interest for cricket to develop in other countries of the world. Look at how far Afghanistan have come.
