You can count altcoins as investments too. Gambling is much better then HYIP though.

There are gambling sites with investment feature, you can invest as low as 10 mBTC. you won't profit much though if you invest low amount, the bigger amount you invest the bigger profit you'll make.

But he have to be cautious about the benefiting sites and about losing sites. I am saying about the sites which have a good reputation in the community and where a large number of people are gambling on these sites you will earn while on sites which do not have gamblers will not make you earn.

Reputable site will protect their interest so they will not run, however we never know the future to come so it is wise to diversify your investment and ensure that you have spread it in different gambling sites who have investment program. Also, you have to control your gambling activity so it will not affect your investment.

Exactly ! I understand that it is in their best interest not to run but what if one day they decide they have enough money and to run and never work again sounds like a good idea and then they run. That's my worst fear. I think it's why some prefer to just gamble. Imvestments also take patience and people are generally not very patient and very foolish.
