The main thing to learn from your case is that you don't benefit from xmr you don't hold. All the many hours I have spent trading were of insignificant value compared to just being their, bags full, when the moves come.

just keep holding until you find yourself a comfortable profitable exit zone, that way you will able to gain back, always think positively with any
project that you did supported we are inside crypto and things really move unpredictably, xmr will be .05 btc anytime then.
