There is no website like that, question from the Op was purely hypothetical one. Op, was asking whether community would like to see game like this developed.
And considering number of technical issues this project could stumble upon - it will be probably impossible to offer pvp fighting game experience for BTC.
For example: there will be no way to tell if you are fighting against bots or real, but very good, experienced players.
