The problem is now Electrum tells me the fee is low and i tried the child pay for parent option trying few servers already and after i sign confirming the password and 2FA auth, it gets me all the time error: 402. Their webserver is generating this error. ~~It means the server is overloaded or down for maintenance.~~ You should wait a while and try again. If it doesn't fix itself then raise an issue on github:
