I got a suggestion for you : accept fee for your services with Xapo/Coinbase/altcoins. As Xapo to Xapo and coinbase to coinbase tx are fees free. Altcoins payments are possible with lesser than 200 satoshi as fees.

Although, I have the same questions with macacinno. How do you propose to boost transactions? Unless you have miners and you get blocks yourself I don't think you can do it yourself. Since also, there have been so many people opening this kind of service, I am not even sure which one is legit.
