Hello, the dividends are automatically distributed at 12 GMT in the afternoon of the day when the gaming contract balance reaches at least 300 ETH. In average this happens once a week, but can be more or less frequent. In future the frequency will tend to increase. Those token holders who have at least 1000 RLT on their balance participate in the distribution of dividends. Please, keep track of the roulette balance and take into account that dividends are distributed to the wallet where tokens are stored and which you have a private key from. In order to get profit at particular time it's necessary to have RLT in your own Ethereum wallet.

Currently dividends are paid in ethers, but soon a new distribution system recommended by Bittrex exchange will be introduced. As a part of it dividends to token holders will be paid in RLT.
