Emotional management is a skill. you have to practice skills to become good at them trading is a skill as well. if you treat it as something that comes with experience, you will come to find that your emotional control grows with your trading experience.

You need to improve yours skills to manage your emotion otherwise do not pursue, our emotion is our biggest enemy if we cannot manage that we will not success in the long run. Anything can be learn, we are good mentally but emotionally weak, so it will still not progress until you solve the main problem.
