The addresses they generate are unique I believe and only one user control them, so can't you simply check the address on the blockchain and see If they actually sent funds there or not?

yes the funds are there i linked the screenshots in my previous posts. I deposited 4000 ANT, sold 1000 withdrew 1000, 2000 are still missing i can provide accounting to prove it but support doesn't seem to care.

no response from support after i sent them my trade history showing their error. I am willing to put up 1btc in escrow to a respected 3rd party if the site is willing to do so as well. we can have 3rd party arbritration and the winner gets the other sides escrow. I am confident that funds are being stolen from me at the moment.
