Yes, the competition is good this time and I feel India's momentum will be useful for them to conquer this trophy.
South Africa won the warm up match against England but as history shown us they're not capable of handling tension in the big leagues.

Even England is hosting the series I don't think that England have tendency to win the big tournament as even in the last Champions Trophy England had higher chance to win against India and total was not too big even though they lost the match at the final stage so I think India has a bigger chance to win and also Aussies and SA are the biggest contenders to grab the trophy and apart from this teams I don't see anyone else lifting the trophy this year.
