Are they communicating with other users on their sites chat page? Any notices they are in maintenance? Please keep us updated.

Oh Man! Bitinka is a shame!

After 12 hours, they fix the problem. There are a absurd deposit delay in this exchange. In addition that, when I sell my Bitcoins, they freeze my withdraw into BRL (Brazilian Real). After wait 80 hours to withdraw, I give up and buy newly Bitcoins and send to another exchange. Conclusion: I pay all the Bitinka fees and don't have a any service provided.
