These cards are strange. I've tried using 1500 straps and running them at 1250/1800 for 25.5mhs. The 1750 strap allow the mem to clocked at 2050+ but still give only 25.5mhs.
I've also tried playing with the powertune settings in the bios, rasing tdp/tdc/max powerlimit/small powerlimit with no effect on hashrate.
It's all about timings... those basic copies straps aren't fastest.
The funny thing is that my MSI 470 Gaming X and Sapphire 470 Nitro+ with Hynix can mine at 29-30mhs, but the same strap on the Sapphire 580 8g pulse only run do 25.5mhs, even at the same clock speed 1250/2050.
