I'll put more time into it and develop a cross-platform version if it proves popular. This is just an initial testing version to see if it's something that it needed and worthwhile. In the meantime, it should be possible to run it in an emulator or VM on other systems. It will be a simple small .exe (no installation necessary). I'll upload it for testing in a few days, as soon as it is fully functional.
