Loan amount changed from 20 BTC to 15 BTC or 13 BTC.
Stoploss placed at min 110% or enough to always be liquidated completely without a loss.
Interest changed to 4.25%. I would advise taking a longer loan is you want lower interest per day.

Escrow is either me or one paid by you.
Communication has to happen via either Discord, Telegram or equal messaging app. (Skype excluded) Bitcointalk is too slow.
