I sent them, but no reply for resolving it yet. I sent 1 BTC this morning, I should get the 9% Bonus, but it's not showing in my WGR balance. My ETH went thru. It's been over 30 confirmations at least.

I sent to the BTC address generated and after a few minutes, I refresh the page with the timer still counting down. After 3 confirmations I decided to close the browser and relogin, but due to site slowness of this mornning, I can't get back in. I'm in now and I still don't see my updated balance from the BTC deposit.

I had sent support an email this morning with all the info already.

I'm pretty sure the bonuses are dependent upon the number of rounds completed and aren't paid out until the completion of the ICO.

Yeah. R they going to honor the TX ID from this morning when it was at round 1 or R they going to credit/update my BTC at current round 4 level instead. It's been over 14 hours from when I sent them an email to suppot. R they going to resolve folks who deposited BTC, then their website crashed after we sent the BTC. I'm not seeing my balance credited with WGR.

Sorry about your BTC investment not being credited. What is your ticket number?

As long as it's confirmed during Round 1 you're good. We will always do the right thing with respect to things like that.
