Initially both Steven Remington and Cormac Lucking only want to pump and dump the coin. they planned this all along from the begining. Justin Donnaruma objected, he want to use all the ICO funding for Rise development purely for Rise Development. Then after finish the ICO both Steven Remington and Cormac Lucking dont agree and forcing Justin Donnaruma with their plan to split the funding then they will fund the project as needed by Justin. 2 against 1.

the ICO funding was split directly, these are the share:
from 100%= 20% goes to Development, 80% goes team
from 80% go to team = 10% go to Shazad Boota - Advisor https://www.linkedin.com/in/shazadboota, and 30% Given to Justin, 30% Steven, 30% Cormac

Justin Donnaruma (jdr0dn3y) immediately working as he can in his capacity, used all the funding for development, offices for working, sallary and etc. The 20% fund is not enough for that initial setup, Justin even use all his own shares for it. Steven Remington and Cormac Lucking both promising to reimburse as he promise before to fund the project, but they lie. The help from both Steven Remington and Cormac Lucking never came, especially not from Cormac.
Steven Remington and Cormac Lucking already used up all their ICO Split to other things. (Justin immediately knew he became the scapegoat).
Justin hold this him self as long as he can, but there is unrest in his heart, especially he uses all his shares up for this project. He immediately think how to fund Nathan and Richard that is real working for Rise, office and etc. That is impossible, he must sell his Don't Panic Consulting services to fund Rise Development, but will not last long, Justin made heavy decision that Rise will be the 2nd if not 3th priority in project completion.

Justin also TESTIFY, the Rise Vision Foundation is never build, Steven Remington and Cormac Lucking lie again, the foundation never exist.
also the reason why the forum, website and etc cant be fix from the beginning is because Steven Remington and Cormac Lucking use outsource.
