Town needs a google sheet similar to Market Maker sheet where all NPC can be created at a % rate and spoiled at % rate--it would basically fill in the rate of spoil and create and list all the npc in game so you could copy/paste the commands into the CK CLI. That's the spoil portion anyhow. Need more information on the create part. Let me know if I'm going in the right direction.
