First of all, everytime someone has said something similar to me and I've checked, they weren't getting the amount they said they were going to get. The database defines what you'll get, and the portal definitely doesn't. It's likely a display error.

And as I told you before, actually WE CAN fix something if you send me your email. We have complete access to the ICO platform, which yes we did not build, but we've scrapped together and added fixes to in the past.

Why do we have to report a display error to support? You know of the bug so just fix it. If your coding is correct, it should not occur.

We've worked tirelessly to sort this stuff out. I would very much like to see the problem so we don't have more investor concerns post distribution. Also, the bug may be unique to certain accounts. I need to know the EXACT account to locate it. It's a lot easier to pluck out the needle in the haystack when I know exactly where the needle is. With your email we can quickly locate it, and solve the issue if it's happening to multiple investors. We don't want more investor complaints after we distribute. There is a lot on our plates right now, and we'd like to get mitigate the aftermath.
