I have around 6 Aorus and from my experience I would say, when you build your rig please leave ample space between the cards(add a high cfm fan pushing air from the front), and I recently go the extreme edition of it and the huge copper place dispenses a lot of heat, keeping the card cool but if you place the next gpu nearby that heat is sucked into it creating a chain effect.

yeah I had the issue of it passing heat to the next gpu. So if you go riser route here are links for very good long usb 3.0 cables

This allowed me to space the card further away

you will get enough space with the longer cables. This was another reason for me to pass on more aorus my space is small for the rigs.
