Making your life busy doesnt mean that you could move out of it if you have no determination of stopping. When you are determined then you could stop, no matter what you do then you will be able to snap out of it when the urge to play has come. That is why alot of people come back to gamble when they have quit because they have no determination to do it

It's a way to remove your focus and thinking in gambling. Because even you are determined but you can't then it will be a good help for you to forget things about gambling. And when a person is busy, there's no way for him to have sometime in other things like gambling. Focus on your job or other activities.
