It will trade before ETH tokens. Once you have them in your wallet, you can start to trade.
With the ETH tokens you'll have to wait for an exchange.

Are you sure, if not listed on DEX I don not think you can and also probobly be really low volume me thinks

DEX is not a centralized authority, as soon as you create an asset you can trade it on the DEX.
So when you receive your token on Waves, you can trade.
