I tried to login the other day with the username and password I had setup and it said my password was valid but had expired. How did you ultimately reach these people? I would not trust them or do business with them ever again, but I would surely like to get my $1000.00 worth of Bitcoins back!

Actually, they did answered me by contacting them to this address support@virwox.com
They have a delay of no more than 24hs to respond.
I got a refund for the credit card. I don't think they'll just steal your coins, when I mean scammers, I mean they keep your BTC when they worth more than you paid them and make a refund to your credit card.
