Many of them will show some similar coins you can take them as best coins in the market. Check for the volume traded in last 24 hours. This gives you clear cut idea what that coin can do in next day.

You're right ,however bitcoins is given and many of us wants to trade other coins .

ETH is good but make sure not to buy at dip .It is right choice to trade with high volumes because of its high volatility .you can make profit with those ups and downs in the market.
